These are the best bicycle shorts I have ridden in. To be fair I have only tried 2 other pairs, but once I tried these I have not worn any other pairs. For women, I read somewhere that it is best to get a size larger than you think because for some reason the elastic in the thigh area that keeps it from slipping up can be super tight and cause them to be very uncomfortable. Since I didn’t believe it at first I ordered an XS and a S because according to the size chart I was an XS, but no too far off from the S. When I tried them on the elastic on the XS was super tight when I was sitting so I got the S. I now have 2 pairs of these and only wear these. They have very good padding in the butt. My butt is never sore anymore with these, even after 4+ hour rides. I would recommend these to everyone who rides, especially those of you who just can’t seem to get comfortable while riding.
