Core work

Core work is a very important aspect of my workout routine and I try and do some sort of core work 2-3 times a week.

Core work can be achieved by a number of activities, from yoga, to rock climbing or bouldering, to swimming, to specifically ab work.

It’s important to realize that core work isn’t just abs, but also back and other stabilizer muscles.

Having a stronger core allows you to feel stronger for longer, allowing you to maintain good posture and form throughout the duration of your run or other workout.
