I recently got this shirt, and it has been warmer than expected so I have not been able to wear it as much as I thought I would have. But I have worn it on a couple of runs. It is very comfortable and it breathes very well. It is warmer than I would have initially thought it was, which is a good thing. It was a little warm with a t-shirt over it in the mid to upper 40s on a pretty calm day. But anything a little windier or colder would have been perfect. Its a good base layer that helps keep you warm and wicks away the sweat very well. I have only worn it with a t-shirt over it, but on a lot colder days it would be great under a jacket because it is thin, but not restricting.
