These sit higher on the waist, and thus do not shift around much during movement. And I like them because they have a very wide area for my legs so that they also do not cut into my groin area when sitting on a bike for a long period of time. That has been a problem in the past for me with some types of underwear. They are good for both running and biking, they are light weight. They breathe pretty well, but they do not have any lighter or meshed areas. They are kind of baggy in the butt for me, but I don’t mind it because I think it makes them more comfortable not being completely skin tight and it’s not noticeable even in compression shorts.
