  1. This is a very basic tracker. But that is all I wanted. I also like that it is easy to hide, so that others can’t see it. I didn’t want a wrist band. I am very active about 5 days a week, but then I felt like I just sat a lot the other 2 days and didn’t really move. So I mainly wanted this so that I could try to up my steps on those days that I don’t do as heavy of workouts. I find that it gets me moving a little bit more each day than I used to, which is what I was hoping for.

It does not track sleep like some of them. It mainly only keeps track of steps. There is an app for it though so you can sync it with your phone through out the day as long as your phone has blue tooth. I find the app very easy to use. And you can set goals in it, such as: weight, active minutes in a day and steps in a day. The app will track your exercise if you have your phone on you. Otherwise, you can manually put it into the app after your workout. You can also keep track of weight and food on the app. If you are interested in calorie tracking or weight loss it can help you with both. As a basic step tracker I think it is very good. I can’t really think of anything else I would ask for it to do, since I am mainly only interested in steps. I wear it on my bra during the day at work, and when I am at home I just clip it in a pocket or on my waistband. I don’t even notice it after I clip it on.

It says that it is not completely waterproof, but it is fine with rain and sweat. I also accidently washed it a couple of weeks ago and it survived the washer and still works fine. I wouldn’t recommend it, but it did make it clean :).
