The Gaiam Yoga Block is a great tool when doing yoga that allows me to lessen my chance of injury and of over-stretching. It helps create less reaching/stretching for some poses (usually the instructor will let you know when you might want to use it).
This one was relatively inexpensive and has help up for many uses so far. I’m probably going to add a second one soon!
This block has held the test of time and has held up well. I still use it whenever I do yoga at home and it still works wonderfully!
