Motor vehicle entrances: Fuller Rd across from Huron High School, Dixboro Rd just south of Geddes Rd., and on Geddes Rd. just east of the Huron Parkway intersection.

Pedestrian entrances: Via paved bike path off of Fuller Rd by University of Michigan’s Mitchell Field (by NW edge of Nichols Arboretum)

Terrain: Mainly paved paths with some wood-chipped trails with wooden bridges.  Very flat.

Gallup Park is a nice park with enough area to get a decently long run in.  Most of the paths are along the Huron River in some way.  The several (8-ish?) wooden bridges throughout the park help give the park some character.

I like incorporating Gallop Park into my longer runs–it offers a nice change of scenery while passing through.

Also lots of room for picnicking and yard-type games and the paved trails are good enough for rollerblading and other activities too.
