Gatorade Prime01 gel pouches are a 4-ouch pouch of gel with the consistency slightly that is between normal Gatorade and a gu. It goes down easy and it’s my go-to immediate pre-race fuel (I still eat breakfast).
I’ve had the Berry, Orange, and Fruit Punch flavors and all seem about the same.
One 4-ounce pouch has 100 calories, no fat or protein, 110mg sodium, 35mg potassium, and has 10%DV of Niacin, Vitamin B6, and Pantothenic Acid (it must be good?).
