The Moov 7 Minute+ app is used in conjunction with the Moov wearable A.I. coaching device, and the app is a lot of fun. The basis of the app and workout is a circuit of 6 basic exercise moves (jumping jacks, squats, plank, lunches, push-ups, and crunches), repeated 3 times. It talks you through (and demonstrates on-screen) each move and keeps track of the time for you.
You can raise the level manually, or it will automatically once you have completed the previous one. Subsequent levels just add more reps to each of the exercises.
Overall it’s quite basic but I find that it’s a good addition to my workout routine. If I can throw one of these in once or twice a week with my running, it helps me get some extra work in, especially some on my arms and core, which I tend to neglect. It’s also fun to be “coached” through the routine each time, as opposed to just doing the exercises on my own.
Below are screenshots of my first workout summary with the app (at level 1) and then another workout 2-3 levels higher.
