Motor vehicle entrances: Geddes Rd. just east of Dixboro Rd., and also off of N. Dixboro Rd. at Geddes Dr.

Pedestrian entrances: The Hoyt G Post Trail is off of the paved path within Parker Mill County Park and is denoted by the blue dot on the map below.

Terrain: Parker Mill is a mainly flat paved path and the Hoyt G Post Trail is a wooden boardwalk and completely flat.

Parker Mill County Park is a relatively small park that connects up to the east side of Gallup Park (at Geddes Dam).  The Hoyt G Post Trail is the true gem of this area and is one of my favorite spots in Ann Arbor.  It’s a slightly over a mile out and back loop of pedestrian-only (no bicycles allowed) boardwalk and is absolutely gorgeous.  It winds through a forest and follows a small creek.

Points of interest: The whole Hoyt G. Post Trail is a point of interest, but I especially like when it goes underneath a stone bridge on top of the creek.
