These are a nice, durable running sock. They have padding in the heel and ball of the foot to help with support and protection. The sock is very lightweight and thin everywhere else. They seem kind of thick at first (especially when first holding them and examining them), but I used them a lot this winter on treadmill runs and my feet never overheated. I will test them again in the summer to test this theory. I try to wear them on some of my longer runs because the extra padding is nice.
