  1. The Gravity is still my go to shoe. I have been running in the Gravity for over 3 years and I have stayed relatively injury free. And before that I was always having problems with runners knee or hip problems. The IV is pretty much the same as previous ones, except for it has 5 lugs on the forefoot, which is nice. Also, the tongue on these is very thin, which I like a lot. It does not bunch up and I find it to be more comfortable. If you are having problems with injuries or you are just looking for a good shoe to try I would definitely recommend the Gravity. They are a bit pricey, but I find I can get 450+ miles out of them (I am very cautious against injury, I could probably easily push them to 500+) and since I haven’t had problems with injury while wearing them that has made it worth it in itself.
