The Dr. Cool Ice Therapy Wrap is a reusable cold wrap to use pretty much all over your body. I’ve only used it a couple times now but it seems pretty versatile.
The gist is that you wet it down, put it in the freezer for a few minutes, then wrap any achy area. It seemed to work pretty well on my achilles and quad/hamstring. It stays cold for a decent length.
I do like the ability to wrap something, which may at times have an advantage over an ice pack, depending on what you’re looking to ice. Usually I’m just sitting around, though, and may still opt for traditional ice pack (or ice bath, a personal favorite!).
