  1. These shorts are quality made and have worked wonders on me. They are advertised as more than just compressions shorts. They claim to help realign your body and help you to be as good as you can be. At first I thought that sounded ridiculous; how can they make me better? But they have worked amazingly. My first run in them was a long run over 10 miles, and I hadn’t ran that long in about a month. My legs were barely tired that day and the following day. Normally my legs are very tired and stairs are horrible after that long of a run, especially if I’m not in the best of shape. I was very impressed. Also, I sometimes get twinges in my back or knee on normal runs. These don’t last long but I think it is when my stride is slightly off. When I wear these I barely notice it at all. The shorts definitely seem to keep my stride more even, by helping support my back, stomach and hips. The shorts do sit higher than usual shorts (they come up close to my belly button), but that is so they can support your core and back better. And they are comfortable.

The only thing I have noticed with these that after a couple runs they really start to stink. It normally is not a problem for me because I do regularly clean my running clothes. But even after a couple of short runs (1-2 miles) I noticed they smelled too. They are also expensive. However, I would definitely recommend them and I am even thinking of buying another pair. I try to run in them as much as I can because they seem to make my run feel better, and my body feel less run down after my run.

  2. I have been continuing to wear these shorts a lot. They have become one of my go to shorts. I wear them on every long run and quite a few of my other runs. I find them good for recovery runs too, because sometimes my hamstrings/quads will feel swollen/sore form a hard run the day before and the added pressure from the compression shorts just feels good while I’m out for a short jog. In my earlier post I had mentioned them smelling, but I have not noticed them smelling as much lately. I don’t know if its just after washing them a few times or if I was just very smelly for a couple of weeks :). I wear them for 2-3 runs before I wash them and have not had any problems with them smelling any more. I really love these shorts and recommend them to anyone that is interested in compression shorts. They are pricy, but I do feel like they are a very good product and work very well. I also have been wearing them for about 5+ months and have not noticed that they have stretched at all, they seem to keep their compressing ability very well.
