These are a very basic, light weight running sock. They are no show style and they are very good at wicking away moisture and keeping your feet nice and dry. I have worn these on long and short runs and have not had any problems. They do not have any padding, but they still seem to keep my feet protected from blisters on long runs. These socks have a little bit of an arch support in them. I haven’t really noticed it, as far as making the sock tighter in that area. I find them kind of expensive for one pair of running socks. However, I only knocked off half a star because they are a very well made sock and you get a lot out of this pair with how light and versatile they are. They are one of my favorite pairs of socks to run in right now, especially with all the very warm weather.
