About Time Ve, vegan protein powder, has been my go-to protein powder for a couple months so and I’ve really been enjoying it. Vegan and gluten-free, I started using it to get more protein and greens after a semi recent Crohn’s diagnosis and issues left me unable to consume all the fresh veggies (including cooked) that I’d like to.
I usually throw in a scoop to a scoop and half of this with some 50/50 coconut/almond milk and some other fruits (frozen banana, blueberries, and pineapple, usually). The powder’s flavor is just so-so alone in milk (or water), but still better than the whey powders I’ve tried in the past (plus my stomach no-likey the dairy most of the time). There are just a couple of other vegan flavors, and I will report back if and when I get to try them!
