This is one of my go to bras. It is light and has light padding, but still fits somewhat like a bra so there is a lot of support. I have found it comfortable and no chafing when using it to run. I have used it on all distance runs and have not had a problem. It can be a little difficult to get on and off. I normally put it on and attach it kind of like a bra. I attach it in the front and then rotate it around and put the straps on. But when I take it off, I find it easier to just pull it off like a normal sports bra – which is sometimes kind of difficult but when it is all sweaty it is easier than trying to unhook it sometimes.
