This drink mix is wonderful thing–it allows me to hydrate during long runs or after with less plastic consumption. It mixes well in my sport bottles or in a glass, and allows you to make it as strong or weak as you prefer.
As seen in the picture, it makes 8 quarts, and the label claims to contain 113 servings (2 tsp each), as well as 60 calories, 60mg (2%) sodium, 70mg (2%) potassium, 10g sugars, no protein, 600% vitamin C, and 100% niacin per serving.
It comes in 4 flavors: fruit punch, orange, glacier freeze, and lemon lime. I have tried the last two and like them both equally.
I really find these mixes convenient and enjoyable.
