This Gatorade G2 Natural Perform 02 tasted good but didn’t feel too heavy. It had a nice flavored water feel to it. I guzzled one of these in one quick sitting post-run. It states that it’s a “natural thirst quencher” and low calorie.
I generally just go for water post-workout unless I feel I’ve sweated an extra amount or I’m feeling dehydrated and this was one of those times.
One bottle is “about 2” servings and contains the following per serving: 20 calories, 110mg sodium, 30mg potassium, 5g carbs, 5g sugars, no protein. Some of the ingredients include sucrose syrup, sea salts, and vegetable juice (for color).
The Berry and Lemon Berry flavors are both light and delicious.
