The Hammer Nutrition Endurolytes FIZZ supplement is basically a tab you put into a bottle of water and it disintegrates and mixes into the water. It’s pretty simple and worked well.

I used one in a 20oz bottle of water and the grape flavor was subtle and pleasant. The mix combined with the water well and it wasn’t chunky or flaky or have any other flavors or noticeable particles.

$6 for 12 tablets seems like a pretty good price per serving. I would certainly use this again.

  1. I used these for a long bike trip and I liked them. I did find a bit of an aftertaste overall, but the taste is subtle so it isn’t bad. I also like it because it does dissolve fully and does not froth up a lot when it gets shaked up. I find that it hydrates me well and the price seems fair for how many tabs you get per tube. After using this type of product I find that an electrolyte additive, especially during long workouts, are beneficial.
