I won these shorts along with this Lululemon tshirt during a (free) Strava in-app challenge a few months ago. Pretty cool, as the gear totaled well over $100 but was free to me. These shorts have been my go-to shorts for a fun cross-fit inspired workout class I’ve been taking with my wife called Fitwall. They would definitely be solid for longer runs also, as they are a big longer in length, which I generally just want during longer runs (otherwise I like em short!).
They are stylish, comfortable, have a nice zippered pocket that would be good for an ID or a single key or a gel/gu pouch (not all at once though–it’d probably get bouncy). Overall these have been solid shorts. My only complaint is that they are a bit expensive, which is always my complaint with Lululemon gear.
